Access & Safety
- Customer must provide safe access to the property and remove fragile items near work areas.
- We may reschedule for weather, safety, or access constraints.
Customer Responsibilities
- Notify us of special materials, coatings, or conditions that require different handling.
- Secure pets and ensure someone 18+ is available for entry if needed.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective frames, failing seals, or issues unrelated to our work.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
